Refund policy

At Luminalia, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that purchasing art is a deeply personal experience, and we want you to love the piece you have chosen. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our refund policy is here to help.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your artwork, you can return it within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at patricialeidl@gmail.com and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Return Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail it to the address provided in our return instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
